Appetizers/bar food


Tuesday – Saturday, Starting at 3pm

  • Pommes Frites, $7: served with house made Belgian style mayonnaise
  • Spent grain pretzels, $7: Pretzels made with spent brewing grains served with beer/cheese and mustard dipping sauces
  • Sous Vide Deviled eggs, $7: three 65° eggs deviled with house made horseradish mayonnaise
  • Croque-señors, $10: mini Cuban style Croque Monsieur – with thin sliced roast pork tenderloin, pickles, prosciutto, gruyere cheese, and whole grain mustard  on our house made spent grain bread
  • Moroccan spiced duck sliders, $10: served on pretzel rolls with a spicy berber sauce on the side
  • Pork jowl tacos, $12: sous vide spiced pork jowls with Brussels sprout/apple slaw on a house made corn tortilla
  • Soup du Jour $8: Your server will be happy to tell you what the soup of the day is.

Entrees


Tuesday – Saturday, Starting at 5pm

  • Moules gratinees avec epinards, $15: Steamed mussels served with wilted spinach under a blanket of melted parmesan cheese
  • Moules Mariniere, $15: Steamed mussels in a sauce of shallots, white wine, and butter
  • Steak frites, $25: An 8 oz hanger steak served with pommes frites, house made Belgian style mayonnaise, and sautéed green beans.
  • Caesar salad with smoked steelhead trout, $20: Sustainably fished California steelhead trout cold smoked and broken up over a traditional Caesar salad with croutons made of our house spent grain sourdough bread
  • Demi poulet roti, $20: A half chicken roasted and served with asparagus and Stoemp (Belgian mashed potatoes with sautéed leeks)
  • Croque Monsieur Américain, $18: A Croque Monsieur on our house made spent grain bread with a hamburger where the ham should be
  • Pizza du Jour, $18: a 14″ Pizza of the day on our crust made in house with spent brewing grains. Your server will be happy to tell you what the pizza of the day is.
  • Carbonnade $20: Classic Belgian beef stew – belly cuts of beef, and bacon ends slow cooked in our quadruple ale served over Stoemp (Belgian mashed potatoes with sautéed leeks) and grilled endives on the side
