  • Eggs Belge-edict, $18: Two poached eggs, cold smoked California steelhead trout, and wilted arugula on a spent grain English muffin with hops bernaise
  • Eggs Beerbeque, $18: Two beer poached eggs over smoked pork shoulder pork with a fennel/apple slaw served on jalapeño cornbread with BBQ sauce on the side
  • Liege Waffles, $12 (add $1 each for nutella, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, raspberries, blueberries, or mixed berries)
  • Caesar salad with smoked steelhead trout, $20: Sustainably fished California steelhead trout cold smoked and broken up over a traditional Caesar salad
  • Mushroom Rosti $12: Large potato pancake with shiitake mushrooms
  • Shakshuka Pizza $15: Our spent grain pizza dough topped with a spicy tomato and pepper sauce, labneh, and eggs.
