If you are asking “What’s up with the wines?” here’s the deal: There are over 1200 excellent wineries each producing multiple wines in California alone. Many of those wines are reasonably priced. We spend a great deal of time and effort working with a sommelier to find excellent wines within a certain price range. We select one or two wines within several styles we feel best compliment our menu. Then we buy a lot of it so that we get a discount and don’t have to charge you as much. If we were in Brooklyn or Portland, we would be using the word “curated” a lot here.
