The vision of Kestrel is a brasserie that brings together our two favorite west coasts: California produce with Belgian food and beers. We feature house made BEERS and a menu of DINNER, LUNCH, and BRUNCH offerings intended to showcase beer. In addition to thoughtful pairings and actually cooking with our beers, We use the grain from our brewing process in our baked goods.
In both our brewing and culinary creations, we strive to source as much of our product locally as possible. In addition to supporting the local economy, using the freshest ingredients results in better food and beer for you.
